This Privacy Policy explains how QLZH Company Limited, trading as Zanzi Homes / Zanzi Prime ("we", "us", "our"), collects and uses personal data when you visit this website or submit an enquiry about residences at ORA Residences, St Julian's, Malta. The data controller for processing described in this Policy is QLZH Company Limited, trading as Zanzi Homes / Zanzi Prime, a company established in Malta (part of the QLZH Group). This website markets residences at ORA Residences, St Julian's, on behalf of our luxury division, Zanzi Prime.

ORA Residences / db Group is a separate organisation and acts as an independent controller for any personal data it processes for its own purposes (for example, developer records or contractual formalities). Where you deal directly with the developer, please refer to their privacy notice.

Depending on how you use this site, we may process:

Analytics and advertising (only with your consent): Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, and Meta Platforms Ireland Limited.
Hosting: Vercel Inc., which hosts this website.

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs). We do not sell your personal data.
